1.  Providing reliable, caring, and knowledgeable caregivers who have been extensively screened to ensure they possess the right personality traits and skills to keep you having a positive experience.  Our caregivers are bonded and are given on-going training to keep their skills fresh.  You will be proud to introduce our caregivers to your family or friends.

2.  We have more than 400 caregivers—both registered nurses and non-medical assistants and aides—with an abundance of skills to help the variety of patients we serve.  One of the most common problems that people have with the average home care agency is caregivers failing to show up and the agency isn’t staffed well enough to provide a back-up.  Our size means are better prepared to provide back-up options so your care is not interrupted or rescheduled.

3.  Our policy is to have the initial in-home assessment completed by our nursing supervisor to determine your individual needs.

4.  Our field nurse supervisors make visits to supervise our caregivers and to make sure our clients are receiving the care they desire and expect.  Confidential dialogue with the field nursing supervisor allows you to communicate any concerns you may be uncomfortable discussing with your caregiver.
