Home Care by Black Stone Acquires Branch of National Home Care
Company in Columbus
Acquisition Allows Agency to Serve Columbus Market
Cincinnati, OH – March 1, 2010 – Home Care by Black Stone, a leading provider of in-home caregiving services in Southwest Ohio, today announced the acquisition of a Columbus based branch of a national home care service provider.
The acquisition agreement was signed in February and Home Care by Black Stone will take over day to day operations as of March 1st, 2010. The branch acquisition will result in an increase of about 5% growth in Home Care by Black Stone’s overall client base and add about 20 employees to the company’s growing staff.

This acquisition opportunity allows us to put a footprint in another Southwest Ohio community and provide even more access to different types of home care services to Columbus residents.
