Chris Doggett Named a Finalist by Cincinnati Business Courier

Cincinnati, OH – March 15, 2011 – Home Care by Black Stone, a leading provider of in-home caregiving services, today announced that the Chris Doggett was named a finalist in the 2011 Health Care Heroes Awards sponsored by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
As the Vice President of Home Healthcare, Doggett was named a finalist in the Manager category. Doggett got her start in home care as a caregiver. After being a caregiver for many years, Doggett became a teacher and mentor to hundreds of nurses. She joined Black Stone in 2002 in its nonmedical division. Her motivation led the firm to become certified for skilled care.

Within eight years Doggett grew the division to $8 million in revenue, nearly 800 clients and 180 employees in three separate branches. She constantly looks for ways to improve efficiencies for staff, which means better service to seniors.
