About Black Stone :: Executive Team
The executive and management team at Home Care by Black Stone is unrivaled in experience, education, commitment and dedication to serving the frail elderly in Southwest Ohio.
David Tramontana is CEO of Home Care by Black Stone. In 1996, he and his partners founded the company to help Southwest Ohio's aging population remain safely and independently at home. As a dedicated advocate and community activist for issues relating to seniors, aging and in-home care, David serves on the Board of Directors for
the Ohio Council for Home Care and is a member of the Hamilton County Council on Aging. David holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Ball State University.
Chris Doggett, RN, is Vice President of Home Healthcare by Black Stone. Since 1984, Chris has been a Dayton home care provider, initially as a nurse providing care to the elderly, and then as a teacher and mentor to hundreds of nurses in the area, instructing them how to best serve the elderly in the home environment. Chris' tenure in the home care business is invaluable to the Black Stone Family of clients, patients and their families. She and her home care team bring a depth and breadth of experience that is unequalled and works to the benefit of clients, patients and their families. Chris received her B.S. in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and her M.S. in Nursing from Wright State University.
Vickie Flatter, RN, is Director of Clinical Services for Home Healthcare by Black Stone’s Dayton office. With more than 20 years of service as a medical professional, Vickie brings a wide and varied background as a floor nurse, medical staff supervisor, and home care expert to a home care environment. As one of the pioneers in this industry, Vickie believes that seniors recuperating from illness or surgery thrive best in their home atmosphere and she avidly assists the Black Stone Family of Care clients in getting the care needed to recover as soon as possible. Vickie received her associate's degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Clark State University.
Sharon Rachford, RN, is Director of Clinical Services for Home Healthcare by Black Stone’s Cincinnati office. In this role, she oversees the Medicare/Medicaid certified division in the Greater Cincinnati area, including skilled nursing visits, therapy services, clinical operations, and in-home care staff. Sharon has been in home care for almost twenty years, including direct care, case management, and administration. Prior to that, she worked extensively in oncology and hospice. Sharon received her nursing degree from the Jewish Hospital School of Nursing. She brings her years of nursing experience to provide quality care in an environment that promotes the same: the home of choice.
Michelle Dunigan is the Administrator for Assisted Care by Black Stone in Dayton. She originally began her career over twenty years ago with the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disability Services, the primary service provider for individuals with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities. Since joining Black Stone in 1998, she has made it her priority to serve seniors with great customer service and respect. Michelle is the key contact at the Black Stone Family of Care Services for non-medical services in the home in the greater Dayton region, regardless of payment option - private or county reimbursed.
Billie Agnone is a Vice President of Private Duty Services provided by the Black Stone Family of Care Services in the Cincinnati area. Since 1996, Billie's compassion has been reflected in her career in home care. She joined Home Care by Black Stone in 1997 and her unwavering commitment to assist the frail elderly with choices in care continues each day, with each new client. She and her large staff work intimately with area agencies, the elderly, and their loved ones to make certain clients receive professional care with a personal touch. Billie is happy to assist with a wide range of services in the home environment including Assisted Care by Black Stone, MJ Nursing by Black Stone, and Care Advisors by Black Stone, all in the Cincinnati area. Micki Fehring, RN, is the Geriatric Care Manager for Care Advisors by Black Stone. With an associate's degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University and a bachelor's degree in business from Miami University, Micki gravitated to home care, a field that allows her to utilize her educational background to address the health and well-being of seniors in a more holistic manner. Prior to joining the Black Stone Family, she was in home care for the Cincinnati Health Department, and also worked as an OB-GYN Clinic Manager and in the Surgical ICU at Christ Hospital. As a Care Manager, Micki provides a personalized care plan centered on the client's individual needs, whether that be caregiver support, advocacy, crisis intervention or care coordination.
