- Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing with State of Ohio License

- One year of experience working as a registered nurse ~ geriatric care a plus

- Must be willing to travel to locations in Hamilton County

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekend

- Available for a minimum of 10 + visits per week

- Able to work independently

- Able to work in a team environment

- Good computer skills

- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

- Must have access to an automobile
