Ohio has several funding sources which provide subsidies to allow people needing assistance to remain in the comfort of their own homes. These include PASSPORT, ESP, Comcare, Senior Levy, VA and Medicaid Waiver, to name a few. The goal is the same: to keep your loved one out of a nursing facility for as long as possible.

Assisted Care by Black Stone works with the Area Agencies on Aging, the County Councils on Aging and a variety of other organizations to provide the in-home staffing, monitoring and supervision necessary to keep your loved one at home and in good hands.
